    Is the ALABLISS baby lounger safe for newborns?

    Yes. All ALABLISS products are ASTM International certified, CPSIA compliant, and CPSC approved. They are designed for supervised awake-time use only on a flat, firm surface.

    What age range is the baby lounger suitable for?

    The ALABLISS baby lounger is designed for newborns from birth to 24 months. It features an adjustable end that provides a snug newborn fit and extends for extra legroom as your baby grows.

    What materials are used in ALABLISS products?

    We use 100% organic, breathable cotton for all fabric components with a hypoallergenic, non-toxic fill. All materials are free from harsh chemicals, pesticides, and synthetic dyes.

    Is the baby lounger machine washable?

    Yes. The cover is removable via a hidden zipper and machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. The inner cushion should be spot cleaned only.

    Can my baby sleep in the lounger?

    No. The ALABLISS baby lounger is designed for supervised awake-time use only — for lounging, tummy time, and play. Never use it for unsupervised sleep. Do not place it in a crib, bassinet, or bed.

    How long does shipping take?

    Processing takes 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. International shipping may take 5-14 business days. All orders ship free.

    What is your return policy?

    We offer a 30-day return policy on unused products in original packaging. Contact hello@alabliss.com with your order number to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

    Is the lounger portable?

    Yes! The ALABLISS baby lounger is lightweight (2.5 lbs) with a carry handle. It comes with a storage bag for easy travel and moves effortlessly from room to room.

    What is the difference between the Butterfly, Spacer, and Bloosem loungers?

    All three are the same premium baby lounger with identical dimensions, materials, and safety features. They differ only in their print/pattern design — Butterfly, Spacer, and Bloosem are different aesthetic styles.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Delivery times vary by location (typically 5-14 business days).
