Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@alabliss.com with your order number.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
